General terms and conditions

These conditions apply to the use of the experiencemobile.ca website and to any booking of services from Ultimate Mobile Experience Inc. By booking, you accept them.

1. Services
We offer mobile entertainment services: 360 PHOTObooth, Mobile Arcade Trailer, Indoor Video Game Station, and Nerf BATTLEzone. The contents of each package, its duration, and its price are indicated on the service page at the time of booking.

2. Reservation
- Reservations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance.
- The reservation is confirmed by email and text message once payment is received.
- The client must provide accurate information: address of the event, number of participants, access to the site.

3. Price, taxes and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and QST are added to the total.
Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. These will be indicated before confirmation.
- Accepted payment: credit card or PayPal, online at the time of booking, or Interac e-Transfer to info@experiencemobile.ca, received no later than 24 hours before the event.
- Corporate/wedding PHOTObooth package: a deposit of $500 is paid online to reserve the date; the balance is payable no later than 7 days before the event.
- The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

4. Modification and cancellation
- Any modification or cancellation must be made by telephone at 819 918-9773.
- Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- If we have to cancel (equipment failure, dangerous weather, force majeure), we offer a new date or a full refund.

5. Event Venue
- The customer provides a safe, sufficient and accessible space for the installation, as well as an electrical outlet if the service requires it.
- For outdoor activities, an alternative solution must be planned in case of rain or strong wind.

6. Safety and responsibility
Participants must follow the instructions of our staff. Minors remain under the responsibility of their parents or the organizers.
- For the Nerf BATTLEzone, wearing protective eyewear is mandatory and a liability waiver must be accepted when booking.
- The client is responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the equipment during the event.

7. Photos and videos
The photos and videos from the 360 PHOTObooth are given to the customer. We only use them for promotional purposes with the customer's consent.

8. Use of the site
The content of the site (texts, logos, images) belongs to Ultimate Mobile Experience or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
