Expérience Mobile Ultime inc. ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on experiencemobile.ca, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

2. Information we collect
When you book or request a quote: first and last name, email, phone number, event address and date, and any details provided in the form.
When you pay: card information is processed directly by our payment providers (Wix Payments, PayPal). We do not store card numbers. For an Interac e-Transfer, we receive the sender's name and the amount.
When you write to us: the content of your message and your contact information.
When you browse: technical data collected by cookies, such as device type, browser and pages visited.

3. Why we use it
To confirm, organize and deliver your bookings.
To send you confirmations, reminders and changes by email or text message.
To process payments, issue invoices and meet our tax obligations.
To answer your questions and quote requests.
To ensure the proper operation and security of the website.
We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell it.

4. Consent
By booking or filling out a form, you consent to the use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to legal obligations (for example, keeping invoices).

5. Disclosure to third parties
We share your information only with the providers required for our services:
Wix.com: website hosting, booking system, confirmation emails and text messages.
Wix Payments and PayPal: payment processing.

6. Disclosure outside Québec
Some of these providers, including Wix, may store or process information outside Québec, notably in the United States. We make sure they provide adequate protection of your information.

7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Accounting and tax records (invoices, receipts) are kept for the period required by law, at least 6 years. Other information is then destroyed or anonymized.

8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: access limited to those who need it, protected accounts, secure connection (HTTPS). In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

9. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, analytics cookies. You can manage them through the site's cookie banner or in your browser settings.

10. Your rights
At any time, you may:
request access to the information we hold about you;
request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
withdraw your consent;
request the deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations.
Send your request to info@experiencemobile.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
